I cut my hair short so I could grow it out healthy and I feel like my hair isn't growing out healthy! Is there anything I can do or buy to help it grow out healthy. Not something overly expensive .. I'm a teen so I need something affordable. Please help me!! I have thick wavy hair.

Well I find that moisturising shampoo and conditioners always help but if your hair isn't dry use a strengthening one. A good cheap hydrating one is hello hydration from herbal essences!

Use shampoos and conditioners without sls, parabens and other chemicals. Try co-washing (google it) and use less heat. If you use heat must use protectant. And use some kind of leave in conditioner

Is your hair relaxed? If so, how often do you get a touch up? Who does it? What is your diet?
