Maybe try some layers to add fullness, bangs would be rockin, and maybe go for more of a burgandy brown, it would really stand out :)

Middle part with a deep chocolate color! you could even make it lighter towards the ends then wave it out using a straightener.

A chocolate brown or a bit lighter, if you want hi lights maybe a soft caramel color, keep the side part it looks good, but maybe cut it to a few inches below your collarbone. To help with dryness get a deep conditioning treatment when if you get your hair cut.
