Clumpy can look alright sometimes, but this just looks... not so good. Also, it cannot be good for your lashes to have all that on them. Try cleaning it up with some natural looking mascara that can be builded if you want it to look dramatic. Almay makes a mascara that has three different intensity options. I believe its called One Click or something like that

Clumpy, piled on mascara is not a good look for anyone. It sort of looks like you slept in your makeup, and then put MORE on top. I don't know if there's a look you're trying to achieve, but I would go for false lashes before this.
