Put baby lips on and after a couple days it should help! Just a warning the first couple days your lips will most likely peel but that's just because it's removing all the dryness. After it gets better out that on before an lipstick or anything like that.

AT NIGHT:
-Apply vaseline to your lips and use an extra toothbrush to exfoliate the skin, move the brush in small circular motions
-Apply Vaseline all over the lips at night and let it soak in
IN THE MORNING:
- The vaseline should be soaked in!
- Apply a lightweight lip balm (think Maybelline Baby Lips, Burts Bees (my have!) or the Korres lip butters!
- Wait about 5-10 minutes and let that lip balm soak in
- Apply a moisturizing lipstick or lipgloss formula, I really like the new Maybelline Color Whisper lipsticks, they have great colors and are so MOISTURIZING
hope that helps!

I get really dry lips and also suffer with cold sores so I always use Blistex Relief cream before going to sleep. This not only keeps cold sores at bay, but makes my lips very soft and chap free.
Another good tip is to smoother lips with vaseline, leave for about 5 mins and then begin to slowly and gently rub the lips with a baby wipe or make up wipe, thus taking away the dead skin in the process! This will leave your lips ultra smooth. Apply another thin layer of vaseline or lip balm and let that soak in for few mins before applying your lipgloss or lipstick and you're good to go! :-)

TIPS FOR ADDING PINK TO LIPS:
Increase the circulation!
Create a scrub using brown sugar, honey and cinnamon powder
The cinnamon naturally brings blood flow to your lips and naturally plumps them as well!
Also using a toothbrush in circular motions over your lips increases the circulation as well (=
