Possibly when you have foundation lines! Sometimes, it irritates me to the point that I was to blend it in for them! Especially when you can definitely see a difference in the foundation and your actual skin color. Gah.

I have seen some nice scouse brows using taupe colour genuinely haven't seen many who use black that's just gross and wrong in so many ways oh and blue eyeshadow red lips and bronze eyeliner yes i do know someone who sports that fetching look haha baaaad
