Hi guys..
Whenever I use loose pigment for eyeshadow I seem to make a huge mess on my cheeks, I just cant stop it from going everywhere. Help!!
Is it just me? or is there something i'm not doing right?
Thanks!

Loose pigments can be messy! Try putting translucent powder on your checks so that it is visable before using your pigments. When you are done brush off translucent powder. Also, try doing eyes before your face, use a whip on your checks before applying foundation ect. After doing eyes. Hope this helps!

I always do the tip Shaun said about doing eyes first and then using a wipe to get the loose particles off. It works extremely well, especially if you are using dark eye shadows. Try that, it just fix your problem :)

Try wetting your brush first. It's going to grab the pigments more and create less fall out when you apply the shadow

I spray my brush with a spritz of water and it cancels out any chance of a mess. Plus, I also apply my foundation/powder last just to be on the safe side.

Thanks everyone! I see so many amazing pigment colours I want to try but having failed with with them in the past I was a bit nervous to try again.

I use my fingers for the most part. I find a get less fallout that way. Then I will blend with brushes afterwards.

If you want to use them try, really work the pigment all the way into the brush, tap of any extra, then pat it on a sticky base. Don't swipe it on, that's what leaves such a big mess.
