My hair keeps falling out ever since I had my baby who is one now. How can I prevent from breaking easily and getting thin.

are you breast feeding ? if so it consumes up so much of our nutrients, I went through it for 2yrs. so no matter what you try you gotta wait for nature to get finish and your ph balance returns. but get a good conditioner and strengthening shampoo .
