hi everybody:) just a quick question about split ends... i dont use heat on my hair often and i trim off split ends regularly but they return so fast! they'll appear even a week after a trim, but i have tricholtilloma and am allways running my hands down my hair and am constantly touching it or fiddling, would that be a reason for split ends or is tgat jusr the way my hair is? xx

I have it and find my regrowth is always finer and almost looks fried until it gets to a certain length.
But that could cause split ends.

Running your hands through your hair a lot can definitely cause split ends. It probably wouldn't hurt to look for shampoos and conditioners that are made specifically for hair that is prone to split ends. I think I saw some by tresemme the last time I bought conditioner.
