If anyone is looking for a GREAT straightener at a crazy discounted price, haute look has a T3 for 39 right now. That's a friggin drugstore or low end price for a high end straightener.

I just bought a Babyliss Pro from Amazon because my hair dresser used one on me and the results were great. She recommended that brand. I bought this one ($34)... http://www.amazon.com/BaByliss-Pro-Porcelain-Ceramic-BABP9557/dp/B003H0U5BY/ref=sr_1_1?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1360272144&sr=1-1&keywords=BaByliss

I would buy GHD's from their website, they may be slightly more expensive than the average pair of straighteners but they last forever and in my opinion are the best!

Honestly, I love my Remington one. It's purple, I've had it for awhile now and it still works really good. I use it everyday (:

Bio ionic one pass. I have had chi flat irons and i don't have much luck with them. I love all things bio ionic now, plus the silicone strips on the one pass prevent damage (as much as possible, obviously). I completely agree with heather, you get what you pay for.
