Keep getting your ends trimmed off and use intensive conditioning treatments once a week as well as trying to limit the amount of heat you put on your hair :) you can always try taking hair supplements as well x

Your hair grows at a steady -or near that- rate of an inch per month. Some people believe cutting the ends makes the hair griw faster, but such is not exactly true. Remember hair is the result of follicle cells dying. Don't trim your ends too soon so you don't take off what just grew. In any way, good luck, and my best recommendation would be to be patient. (:

It is important to limit use of straighteners, curlers etc and also products that can knot and tangle your hair. I myself have short hair and I'm currently trying to grow it out. I've been using Lee Stafford hair growth shampoo and Lee Stafford hair growth treatment and i think they are fantastic products

Prenatal Vitamins.. i tested them out for like three weeks to a month & my hair was the longest it had ever been n my life. My hair grows so slow too. Dont worry about prenatal pills being for pregant women, its just a bunch vitamins packed in to one pill.

Pantene Beautiful Lengths if you can find it (in the purple tube). The new formula in the white bottle with pink cap stinks! Go to Pantene's website-there's a forum there with lots of good comments. Also-took me 5 years to go from pixie cut to 24". Have to cut back on the heat tools, and wear updo's a couple days a week. Those bun socks are great! Once you reach your shoulders, it becomes pretty easy to deal with and it seems to grow pretty fast.

I heard that if you massage straight aloe into your scalp and leave it on for an hour before rinsing it out with warm water it'll make your hair healthy and grow faster. :)

ive been usin the lee stafford hair growth treatment too and it seems to work for me. A cheaper option would be a home made hair mask. one egg and some lemon juice. that keeps your hair healthy too. ive also heard that mane and tail is a another option? .. aparently its a horse shampoo. confused me a bit when i first heard about it but i may give it a try seein as though its only cheap. Also drink loads of water and just keep healthy is the main.
