Acne on jawline/near to the ears

im wondering what may be the caused of my acne which is apparently occuring on my jawline somewer near to my ears... I think my pillowcases are just fine. The acne looks reddish but i rly want to get it away. Any products or remedies that anyone know will help in instant.........? Help!
