I can't believe people complain too many other girls do it. That's like saying you don't want to wear jeans anymore because too many other people wear them. Get off your power trip. Sock buns are fun, easy, and perfect for a quick look. I usually only use them around the house when I'm just lounging or cleaning. My husband thinks it's some neat magic trick ;) haha

To do a sock bun you tie your hair up in a pony tail as high as you want it to sit, then take your pony and pull it thru the sock bun. then pull it down the pony to the tips fan the tip of hair around sock bun and pull down over its self til you reach the end and secure wth a few bobby pins
