Acne Trouble! I need help

Ive been breaking out lately and it can get pretty embarrassing as most of us know. I want something that will get rid of the acne fast but that wont hurt my skin. Do you guys know any great products that wont cost too much or any home remedies?? I have sensitive skin and it can get oily or dry as well.
