There are products specifically made to put on your nails to make them taste awful so you won't bite. Maybe google it and look for a good one. (:

Get a manicure that you know you'll love. You'll definitely think twice about biting your perfectly done nails!

I bit my nails for 23 years. I started getting acrylic nails because they are to hard to bite and after 3 months I stopped biting them. My nails are nice and strong now. The stuff that tastes horrible doesn't work because if you want to bite your nails taste won't stop you!

I used to bite my nails, but I started painting them instead. At first it didn't work because I would just start biting them whenever the paint chipped. Now I paint my nails 3 or 4 times a week to prevent a chipped manicure that tempts biting. It also helps prevent eating out of boredom. It's difficult to munch on potato chips with wet nails!

the stuff that taste bad sucks! I chewed right on through it. acrylic nails are what stopped me after 18 years.

Yeah the nail polish that tastes bad works, but the problem with that is that every food you eat that you touch with your hands will taste like that !
I'd say get fake nails ! That works for me. :)
