So I just recently fell in love with the beauty blender, because of the finish it gives all my foundation/concealer, and because i can clean it everyday! I clean mine every morning in the shower, then by the time I am ready to apply my makeup it is damp...what do you ladies do to clean your beauty blender?

All I do is rub soap all over it and push my fingers into it to get rid of old foundation!

I purchased my BB in a set with a bottle of cleanser. The cleanser is perfect and convenient, and the cap even has a stand to hold the BB while it's drying.

If its still a little damp...hit it with the blow dryer for a few seconds...it's never done any harm to mine

Philosophy purity creme cleanser, warm water and a few squeezes.. I concentrate the cleaner on the dirtiest parts and let it sit in the pedestal overnight. I would stay away from high heat from a blow dryer, it will cause the sponge to melt inside even at a low temp. Let it air dry.

I just use warm water and baby soap.. Baby soap is very mild so I tend to use it to clean all my brushes with it!!

Chelsea W. how long have you had you bb? I like your idea of washing it with laundry, just worried it might shorten the life of it.

I was told to use Dawn (the dish washing soap), because it will break down the greasy products.

I've had mine for about 2 years. I would say throwing it in the laundry may shorten the life a bit, but it's so convenient and I feel like I can never get all the gunk out with just hand washing.
