Try the olive oil before and after taking a shawer. Avoid dressing your hair with any chimical products. Or with heat. Good surium can help also.

Don't stress out your hair. Avoid tight ponytails etc and find a way to lower your testosterone levels. Seriously. increased testosterone levels induces hair loss.

try your B vitamis. i had a celebrity stylist train me into using them and they work wonders. mainly vit B6 is what is preferd for hair loss

i once had that too, and then much new hair grew o I got much babyhair by now. but I think it is normal since hair falls out if it stops growing and your cells renew from time to time. but if you loose hair n particular parts of your head, you should ask a dermatologist.

You could have a vitamin D deficiency. That happens this time of the year. Your doc can do some blood work and find out whats up. Ive had a few clients with this very same problem.
