Help!!! I need help with my dandruff! Is there any shampoos or anything that will fix this?? My dandruff is really bad :(

Shampoos really won't help... I had really bad dandriff too! When I went to the salon the lady cutting my hair recommended me to not take a shower or like 2 days so the oil will build up in my hair then massage my scalp before I took a shower. Also avoid taking showers with really hot water because it drys your scalp so try warm/cold water. I hope this sorta helped
