I have long hair mid back and I want to keep the length but its outdated. Any hairstyles you recommend? maybe layers? :)

Definitely layers but you could also have your hair gradually. Get shouter towards your face

disconected layers would look nice. theyre shorter layers, keeping the length but are designed to give you volume. maybe try a full or sweepy fringe? also you'll feel a whole lot differnt even by just changing your parting:)
