Sunblock And Primer In One?

I'm looking for a sunblock with high spf but also have primer quality to it. It's important that it's oil free, good for sensetive skin and isn't sticky. I have used Lioele Fresh Sun Screen SPF 45 and it worked perfectly but it's hard to get by without paying a lot in shipping.
