I've heard that nail varnishes with garlic in them can help strengthen nails, but I haven't seen any scientific evaluations of those claims. I know Sally Hansen sells a clear polish with garlic extract, if you want to give it a shot.

Put your hands in bowl with water ansd salt( sea salt, normal salt or any other type of salt) for 10 minutes and then in bowl of olive oil for 5 minutes. You can do that as often that you want. Don't forget to use nail treatments and to let your nails breath too. xoxo

NOOOOOO DO NOT USE A BUFFER EVERY 2-3 DAYS erin s. are you crazy
It may not seen like it, but buffers do remove nail cell layers making the nails in fact weaker! If you nails are weak 1st start on you insides, take your muti-vitamins daily & keep your hands moving. Active hands have an increase blood flow & blood carries nutrients.

buffing stimulates your nail growth and helps the mateix produce stronger keratin cells for your nails. I learnt this at one of the top 5 beauty collages in the world. of course you wouldn't buff if your nails are brittle and they are more likely to break and chip but defiantly if you have thin or short nails that you just want stronger
