I need a base coat!

I need a base coat that is "sticky" enough to have my polish last more than a few days. The top coat I use makes my nail polish chip in huge pieces.

there is a base coat called sticky by creative nail design. its my fav, top coat, seche vite. i swear by these 2 products.
