How can I make my honey brown eyes stand out more? What color eyeshadow or eyeliner should I use? I want my eyes to look lighter.

Look up on YouTube how to make your eyes look lighter, and make them pop. Gossmakeupartist has a video specifically to show you how to do that. Hope that helps! :)
