First I started in the middle of my eyelid and I first just drew a line from their to the end, then with I steady hand I increased it to the inner corner of my eye, now for the winged part I looked at the end of my eye and aligned it with the end I my eyebrows, I decided the length of the wing and drew on the "imaginary line" after I went to the tip of the wing and connected it to around the end of my eyelid and I just made it thicker, idk if this helped if it sound confusing just ask me what part

if you watch my newest video You can see how I apply my winged liner. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RK2c8eKfhF4
I just draw a line from the corner of my eye toward the end of my eyebrow and then go downward toward my eyelid (if that makes sense lol)
