What kind of eye makeup should I use for my eyes I want them to pop.

Try a black eyeliner on your lower lash line. A light brow eyeshadow in the crease of your eye with a beige or cream color on your lid and a little mascara.

Use a medium warm brown all over the lid, and a little under the eye. Line your lower waterline with black or brown eyeliner and them some mascara :)

I do a Goldish champagne color on my lid and a shimmery light brown in the crease with thin liquid eyeliner on top with a small wing and big curled lashes!(:
