Tampons or pads?

Quite honestly depends on what's available...pads can feel gross but tampons can just be annoying. Either way, every 2 hours! It's er...heavy so I don't want any bleed-over.

Tampons.. And pads lol. My tampons leak due to heavy flow, so I need a pad on underneath for "extra protection". This sounds gross aha.
