theres this eyelinerr i got at hot topic and all it said was" black pencil" but it was only a dollar and it the best eyeliner I've ever used,its a pencil by the way..

thank you for all your suggestions, and Diana G, i use pencil and liquid, i prefer liquid for the boldness i've never tried gel but am considering on switching
