Mostly true to colour
I loved the look of this palette when I first saw it online and it has mostly lived up to expectations. The packaging is very sleek compared to the original Viseart 12-pan palettes, with the metal gold-coloured casing and engraving. My only real problem is with the bottom row. The colour that most caught my eye was the blue-grey one in the middle, but it looks a lot darker on the lid and loses the hint of blue, so it creates a completely smokey eye if you use it in the centre of the lid. The purple on the left and black on the right seem redundant within the palette, as you can create a very similar outer-corner look with either colour so I would have preferred a different colour instead of both of these shade. Having said that, the rest of the palette is beautiful and all of the shades perform well on the eye, so the quality is really there and you can create a variety of different looks with these 9 shades.
Not as impressive as I expected
This is my first Viseart palette and I expected it to be as easy to coordinate and blend as Natasha Denona's shadows, especially from all the raving about the companies palettes. Though the shadows are smooth and blend well, the colors are true to what you see (at least not on me). They are pigmented.
Perfection in a palette
The Golden Hour palette is perfection in the palm of your hand! You get both mattes and shimmers to play with in some stunning shades. The Viseart shadows blend so easily and smoothly it takes little effort to get a seamless eye look. I've personally loved using this palette and will continue to do so. The formula is just as amazing and exceeds expectations. I hope viseart comes out with more variations of these palettes. You get a nice size mirror and the packaging is sleek and study with the gold front. I love this one just as much as my other Viseart palettes! Don't wait till its too late, get it now before its gone!
Pigmented and Buttery
Perfect size Autumn travel palette and for those that love warm tones, prayers are answered. Colors are intensely pigmented and had to remind myself to use a feather touch and enjoy the blending experience. Amazing how beautifully the colors combine and compliment each other. Thumbs up for Viseart Golden Hour!
