absolutely perfect
I bought this pallette thinking that I may be able to really use maybe 4 out of the 12 shades, but I have found that this is the best eyeshadow pallette I now use. (AND I HAVE ALOT!) Every single colour in this pallette 'works' --- the pallette may not look 'exciting' as there is no glitter or shimmer, but EVERY shade is beautiful, blendable, and buildable --- I'm hooked. (especially for a not-so-very-young chic chick)

Worth the hype gals. I'm a big makeup fan and have lots of eyeshadow. This is the best one I've ever had.
Love love LOVE this neutral palette for me
I was on the fence to buy Milieu or Neutral Mattes 1. I have no regrets, as I have trouble with more traditional neutral showing up on my medium/tan skin tone. This is a gorgeous ride or die every day palette for me. This palette convince me that Viseart mattes are truly the best mattes on the market. No primer needed and they go on and blend with little to no work. I don't have much time to fuss in the morning getting ready for work, and this palette is a workhorse for me, even more than ND Biba palette, where although it is overall gorgeous, I have to work longer and spend more time blending out ND Biba mattes. If you are a WOC looking for neutral, basic ride or die palette, get this one. I use this almost every day in combo with other palettes.
So pigmented
This is my first 12 shadow palett from them and I love it. For the first time I understand why it is so important to add a little every time. I have medium skin and usually I can just dip my brush and then go straight in. I will definitly get more colours.
Why did I Wait so Long
To be completely honest, I have never been a huge fan of the smaller Viseart Palettes. BUT I LOVE these matters. This is my go to palette at the moment. I think I will buy another color story.

Viseart never disappoints but my palette came a little dirty and the brown shade looked a little crack. I was so excited to use it I overlooked it but wish it would have come in better condition especially for the price.
