Velvet Blur Primer

I received this complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my review-I’ve never used primer before but was really impressed by this! It goes on smoothly and made me a little pale but I’m already pale. It helped even out my skin tone and was subtle enough to use by itself! I used CC cream and concealer over it to take pictures and was impressed that my makeup stayed put even with sweat and a mask on! I don’t use primer often enough to repurchase, but if I did I’d consider this one!

Great blurring effect without making you look like you have a ton of makeup on! I like to put on under light foundation (like the light liquid Smashbox kind, I forgot the exact name), and I feel like it keeps you looking natural and rocking the no makeup, flawless skin look!

Received complimentary. Never heard of this brand but it works well. However product is hard to dispense from bottle.

I really liked product. It is really a lovely way to make your skin look luminous. With that being said it’s just a little to expensive and I would probably go with something cheaper.

I like this primer, it can slightly dry your skin if is not well prepared with skin care. It blursss everything and you don’t get shiny throughout the day.

I usually always try to use a primer before applying any makeup and/or bb cream. This is a great primer that works for all kinds of needs. A basic one that I enjoy using. The price is a little higher than I’d like but VDL never fails with any of their products. The only thing I’d change is the bottle which is cute but difficult to get the liquid out of. Ease of use could improve.

this is a good product! my skin is sensitive so it’s great when i find things that don’t irritate it. it does a great job at minimizing my pores and making my skin look smooth under makeup. it helps from getting too oily as well.

I’m more of a Dewey natural skin Girl, so matte primers really aren’t my thing. This does have a pretty texture and nice finish, but i feel like it’s more for a full face makeup look and not throw on some tinted moisturizer. I get it, it’s just not for me.

Really velvety as it says! It helps creat the perfect canvas for foundation and doesn’t dry me out.

Smells lovely and adds extra coverage for pores. It’s a perfect addition to any makeup routine for long lasting looks.
