Wasn't sure about....
I had seen all these reviews and you tube tutorials on this foundation claiming it was very good but I wasn't too sure since tarte isnt really heard about. I wanted to see what the buzz was about with this foundation && I even bought the powder too to check it out AND I ended up LOVING it!!! It's medium to full coverage meaning you can build it up! You just have to be careful with the colors because they same like "light skin with yellow undertones" or " light skin with pink and yellow undertones" which was really confusing for me I had to exchange the first foundation I bought because it was too light. But over all it's a good foundation!!
