How to Use

Create a softly lit glow by finishing your look with one swipe of all three shades of The Neo-Highlighter. Gently sweep the product across your cheekbones. Apply the lightest shade to inner corner of the eye and cheekbones. Apply the middle shade to the eyelid. Sweep the darkest shade in your crease and under your lower lash line to frame the eye and create a brazen, contoured eye look.
