ILIA's cleanly formulated (carbon black free) soft tip gel eyeliner glides effortlessly and allows you to blend out easily before setting. Once set, it stays put. Saturated and water-resistant, this formula has the precision of a pencil with the ease of a gel.

How To Use

1. Glide across the lash line effortlessly. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look.
2. After using, press the cap in place to ensure it is airtight. Sharpen liner when needed using the sharpener attached on the end.
3. Finish with a coat or two of ILIA Mascara for longer, lifted lashes that tie everything together.
