I've used Mary Kay products in the past as eyeshadow primers, but I have to say that this one is a definite keeper (both for its quality and inexpensive price). The first time that I used it I think I used too much -- my eyeshadow wouldn't "stick" to it and I had to use a lot to get the effect I was going for. However, the second time that I used it I just swept two quick strikes over both of my lips and then used my ring finger to blend it in. Afterward I used three colors from the elf eyeshadow palette to create a smokey eye look (used the elf C brush for blending) and KAPOW! I am very happy with this product.
Good For The Price
I do think the primer, if used sparingly, does help my eye shadows stay in place. I haven't really found a use for the sealer that works for me, but I think it's worth the purchase just for the primer side.
A miss
This was the first eye primer that I tried. I like how the product comes in a tube, makes it really easy to appy. This is a fairly creamy product that you have to blend into your lids well. I do have eyelids that tend to get oily throughout the day. The idea of a liner sealer was great too. This product does not deliver unfortunately. I found that after just a little while I still have creasing on my eyelids and it does not help to make my eyeshadow or eye liner last long. I would not recommend this product, save your money and invest in another eye primer.

I like this primer a lot and wish it came in more colors. It goes on smooth and really keeps the shadow in place. I use this everyday and sometimes all by itself or with a skin tone shadow over it just to brighten the eyes!
Was Suprised how good it was
No comparison to urban decay:P but still it makes the shadows last maybe doesnt make them more vibrant but makes them stay i tested it with a colour and it lasted all day which i loved that my shadows will stay on all that time
