Allergic reaction!

I really love ombré lips so I was excited to try this. I never used any makeup with citronella extracts in it so I swatched it on my forearm first. It has a very pungent smell that reminds me of mosquito candles and it was sort of off putting. After ten minutes I didn’t feel anything so I applied it to my lips. Then suddenly my entire body started itching. Where I put in on my lips started to get very hot and itchy. The place where I swatched it on my arm started breaking out in hives. I immediately took it off but the reaction was severe enough that I had to take Benadryl. I really liked the color of this on my lips but the citronella is a huge issue. I don’t understand why a makeup brand would put such a skin irritant in their product. :(

Worth the price

I’ve tried cushions before and have been let down and was weary that this was worth the price. This goes on so smooth and makes me skin glow unlike any other cushion foundation I've tried. It has a pleasant fragrance and great packaging. It doesn’t feel gimmicky or cheap like some other k-beauty cushions. It comes with a refill which makes it worth the price. If it had no refill then I would take off a star for pricing. It really is like wearing a second skin. Absolutely love it!

I really wanted to love it

I have very fair skin and the model photo was a ginger like me. Other reviews said the foundation was too light on them so I took that as a sign that the shade would be a good match. The shade was described as being a neutral. It is not neutral. It is one of the yellowish fair foundations I have ever put on my skin. It looks like I have jaundice. The coverage is nice and full but the color is way too yellow for my skin.

Creamy and smooth, but can smudge

The product goes on with ease and great for those who have sensitive skin. The color looks great and it pretty much takes one application to get the right color. My only issue is that it can rub off and smudge if you are not careful. If you set it right then the smudging issue goes away. If you wear it without setting it and it gets moist (like tears or sweat), you run the risk of it smearing/smudging. Other than that I like how it can be blended into my eye shadow if I want a softer look.

WOW

This lipstick glides on so smoothly! The color is a perfectly balanced matte with a very slight shimmer. My lips feel super soft and moisturized. The color is intense and lasts for hours requiring almost no reapplication. Night Crimson is sultry without being too overpowering. The perfect seductive shade!
