Rock 'N' Kohl

It's soft and goes on smoothly but didn't even last a half hour in my waterline. I tried it multiple times on days where I wasn't doing anything at all, and it didn't last even 30 minutes. Just a waste of money relying on its name.

Perfect eyeliner! Smooth application, easy to get a crisp line and the formula is truly waterproof and lasts all day! I must get more colors. I’m over 40yrs old now and more mindful of using products that won’t pull my skin. This is the best formula on the market.

I have switched completely to clean beauty, but have to say that CT has the best eye and lip makeup that conventional makeup can offer. This eyeliner stays put once set, but it is very creamy and can be diffused too. Great colors.

The color is what makes this unique. It’s gorgeous. The formula really isn’t that different from items you’d find for cheaper at Target.

I was looking for a brown eyeliner to tight line my eyes. I have a wedding to stand up and I figure brown would like softer than a jet black liner. The formula is nice but I swatched it next to a black eyeliner pencil and there were similar in shade. Formula is nice but too dark of a brown than I was looking for.

This eyeliner goes on nice and smooth. It's easy to create a wing or smudge out for a smokey look. The Pillow Talk color is awesome for making green/hazel eyes pop!

This is a super soft and creamy eyeliner, goes on great and stays put all day. I would recommend using an eyeshadow primer or apply it over the foundation if you have oiler skin. I got green eyes and this color is perfect it makes the green in my eyes pop even more.

I have ridiculously sensitive eyes and multiple sclerosis so my health and time are so important. This didn't irritate my eyes at all, even in my waterline which was massive for me because I love the look but most liners do irritate me. This isn't even meant for using there but wow she has high standards because it works well and was comfortable for my sensitive eyes. Although I wish I could more easily afford it, I find it worth the money and I only use it in the waterline to conserve it.

Glides on so easy and is a beautiful color! No tugging on lid. Easy to blend out and Stays on all day. Love it for an everyday look.

Charlotte Tilbury products are so hit or miss for me. Half I adore, half I don't know why I tried. I like this as it goes on very, very smooth and doesn't smudge or flake off underneath your eyes. I've worn it in the Miami humidity and barely had to wipe where it would get on my upper eye and underneath my eye (I usually just skip eyeliner, even though I love it, because it just melts). For a soft pencil (I prefer felt or liquid for cat eye) this is one of my fav I've found so far. While I don't reach for it all the time, it definitely does the job and stays put surprisingly well for how creamy it is!
