Beauty Product Reviews
Hmmmmmm
This looked amazing on when the assistant in the shop did it - like me but better. It's full coverage but doesn't feel like it and it evened my skin tone out (I am quite red round my nose). It also did not sit in my pores like most foundations I have tried. However, when I did it myself at home, that is exactly what it did. BUT I need to give it another go. I was in the middle of decorating my room at the time and couldn't lay my hands on my usual moisturiser, primer or foundation brush or a sponge wedge. So it may be because I didn't apply it as well as I usually would. I;ve rated this average as it's slap bang in the middle. For how it looked when I did it, i'd give it a one, for how it looked when the shop assistant did, i'd give it 5!
I love these!
i love these eyeshadows, they are so glittery but not too over the top for an old bird of 47 like me! The only shame is, we did have them at our branch of Boots in Windsor and a couple of weeks after i bought my first one (a bronzey colour) I found out they were discontinuing the line. They reduced the rest so I snapped up another 3 (shimmery white, pale pink, green). I don;t know if it's just my local Boots or generally but they are well worth it, they are lovely.
Probably the same as FibreLash by ModelCo?
We've had FibreLash by ModelCo available in the UK for probably nearly a year. It looks exactly the same. I haven;t used this one but I love the MOdelCo product. I agree the fibres can get in your eyes but the results are brilliant. And I don't find it hard to take off. I just use my usual bi-phase eye make up remover.
I like it!
Even though I am 47, I like this! I bought it at the airport to go on holiday last year (something I do at the airport every year) and you would not believe how much my best mate and my son took the micky out of me for buying Britney perfume. i don;t care. I really like it. It's not my favourite (Stella, Cerrutti 1881, Belle d'Opium, Chloe, Aqua di Parma) but i still like it and wear it a lot.
Lovely (mostly)!
I have Epatant and Mirifique and i have recently bought a bright gold one, which have recently come out in the UK. The gold is lovely, however the second time I opened the pot the whole eyeshadow fell out, still in its perfect round shape and I have to squidge it back in the pot. The Epatant one has shrunk and falls out too. I don;t know why. I don;t use them all the time and I don't leave the lid undone. But the texture and colours are beautiful and they are very versatile. as others have said you can use them for liner or shadow and they last well.
Love this for my blue eyes!
I love this mascara. It makes a real difference in only one coat and comes in a nice variety of colours - the deep violet one makes my pale blue eyes pop! I love all the YSL mascaras I've tried but this one has the edge.
