Hiya! :) Honestly your birthmark is nothing bad at all, but if your really determined on covering it up I would suggest using a concealer with a purple tint, that normally counteracts sallowness but I personally find it works perfectly on birthmarks, then use a foundation/concealer with a high coverage over the top I would recommend vichy dermablend or cover fx ( applying with a sponge gives you the densest coverage.
