Superb with liquid foundation

I know, I know, it’s supposed to be a powder brush, but honestly it’s by far the best liquid foundation brush I’ve come across. Really outstanding result, poreless and photo finish flawless and I can’t get over how it doesn’t seem to absorb any product, almost like it repels it. I use it with a range of liquid foundations, mainly Chanel and a couple of Dior. It works superbly with Chanel Ultra Le Teint. Strongly recommend!!

Excellent liquid foundation brush

Soft and dense, this brush will give you an airbrushed effect. Makes quick work of a full face given the size of the brush. Cute wee handle, not long but sits comfortably in the hand. A striking faint dark green metallic tinge to the black handle in the light. Well made brush, great for travel. Totally recommend.

Not great for liquid foundation

Love the feel in my hand, obviously great quality in terms of the brand, but not a great option for liquid foundation. This is really disappointing given the reviews so far. It left obvious streaks and did not feel great on my face. My skin isn't overly sensitive, but I do prefer soft brushes, either best synthetic or vegan, or softest goat hair. I agree with the review where they say that it is different from Saikoho hair, and it really is. Not scratchy, but certainly a different feel in the fibre of the hair. I would not use this again for liquid foundation and I don't need another powder or bronzer brush, so I am a bit stuck. Best of luck to others, it has obviously worked for some.
