Beauty Product Reviews

Good for packing powder on the lid. It does its job.

Great product, and it washes well. Good for packing color onto my lids when I cut my crease. Does the job I bought it for.

Less pinching, but still there.

I have had hooded eyes since a child. At 56 my hoods have hoods' and it’s impossible to avoid pinching, or so it seems. This is much better than Revlon. I have two more i’m willing to try, then it shall be on to the thin spoon method.

My best lippie shade!

I get so many complements even when wearing no other makeup than this. I love the metallic shine, and the fact that it does NOT irritate my sensitive lips. I just bought my second (my first was a gift).

I love it!

I’m a huge fan of JSC Velour lippies, and Clout is no exception. It looks great on too, but I don’t really wear it on my lips if going out at this age, but I certainly use it to cut my crease!

Great little kit!

I love this kit, and utilize the stencil since i’m new to eyebrows, and I think they look quite nice. I only wish there was a pencil in here.

Excellent product from JSC! A home run.

I love all the shades, which are quite bendable with a few rare exceptions which are innate to the specific pigment and experienced everywhere. But even the rare difficult ones have a smooth application and great color payoff with fairly good blendability. So are they perfect? No. But they are great, and I would gladly buy the set again.

Lovely and buildable highlighter.

Caveat: be sure to wear primer under this if you’re over 40, or it will also highlight the little cross-hatching or wrinkles we get as we age. Now onto the good news: very buildable and natural, it can be applied repeatedly to signal your favorite satellite but only if heavily applied. The rose gold looks good on me. I’m a peaches a cream complexion, and was afraid to go with anything else. Maybe a whiter shade would have worked, but i’m going for a natural glow most days.

I bought Diamond Wet from JSC Cosmetics but u can’t review there so here we go...

It was a glitter bomb....*poof*...and not in a nice way. It’s micro glitter in a pan. It goes on very sparkly then goes absolutely everywhere. I’m going to give it to a young person and stick to my Jouer rose gold color highlighter. I’m 56, and too old to be wearing what is obviously glitter on my face. Jouer works well as well as Lunar Beauty’s Moon prism powder (I have Venus). Both are lovely. I love JSC, and Dreamhouse is my favorite lippie and I often cut my crease with Clout, but this can be wiped off with a tissue in some cases, or a baby wipe. If you get it, invest in some glitter adhesive. This saddens me b/c it swatches so lovely....and it was $32. Living and still learning.
