Disappointing

I am Asian with eyes that fold inward and I put this on as soon as I received it and less than10 mins it smudged. I really had high hopes for it. It did go on really smooth. I was hoping to find non liquid waterproof eyeliner, guess this isn’t totally smudge proof.
