i live this bronzer! it really is matte as the name says, not orange at all, but leans red (only slightly) and looks very natural. it does not disappear from my face and is easily blended so i look like a bit of sun hit my face. it can also be worn on its own, as a blush. it's huge, around 20 grams and i don't see myself running out of it for the next 10 years :D
i admit, the hype sorrounding this product got the best of me and i decided i simply must have it, even though my skin is oily and produces enough shine on its own :D and i didn't regret it. it is huge, around 10 grams, which means it will take me years before i run out of it. it gives me a beautiful sheen, not glittery at all, but sightly shimmery. when i first wore it, my boyfriend complimented me and said my skin looked fresh and glowing (not those words exactly, but something along those lines). i only apply it to the upper part of my cheekbones and sometimes under my brows which livens up my whole face. the color is quite neutral so it suits all kinds of blushes, from bronzy to cooler pink ones
these are so good i bought them in 2 shades: insouciance (a warm nude) and imaginaire (light peachy pink). they are not fully opaque, but still give a decent amount of color payoff. they're long lasting and feel comfortable on the lips. they are on the sticky side, but that doesn't bother me. and of course, the packaging is beautiful and luxurious looking. i've tried a few cheaper glosses, but they cannot even begin to compare to these. the chanel ones look so much more beautiful, the staying power is a lot better and the colors are more rich and flattering
for the price, these are excellent. most are nicely pigmented and soft, but there are some which are slightly chalky and tend to give me a lot of fallout. i always use them (as well as other eyeshadows) over a base so i don't know much about the staying power of these, but overall, i'm very satisfied
i'm on the fence with this. for the price, it's great, but i still think there are better lipsticks out there. i got six shades on ebay for a ridiculously low price ($17 including shipping) so i think they are worth looking into. however, since they are too creamy for my taste, they are not very longwearing. i do like the fact that they do not dry out my lips and are comfortable to wear, but they disappear from my lips in less than an hour (especially the lighter shades like tea rose and mars)
this is definitely one of the best foundations i've tried. the finish, coverage, longevity and shade selection are all beyond excellent (my shade was 220 natural beige). the only drawback this had was that it broke me out (i blame boron nitride which has broken me out in other products as well). i so wish it didn't have that annoying ingredient. if it weren't for that, this would be my hg foundation.
