You Get What You Pay For...
For only $3 I think it's worth it. I only use the green for redness around my nose and on my cheeks, and then the pink for undereye darkness. You have to remember that this concealer is meant to be worn under a natural colored concealer and your foundation on top of that. If you are wearing it alone, then you are probably going to look washed out and it won't look very natural. I like it for its purpose and it works well for my skin.
I Really Dislike This Brush :/
It is not soft. After investing in a Sonia Kashuk bronzer, contour, and blush brush this $1 brush only collects dust in my collection. If I were you, I'd go for the Studio Line and spend $2 more to get a better quality brush. They are made of Taklon which is really soft and doesn't lose its shape!
Best Drugstore Foundation I have ever tried!
I honestly have not been able to find a foundation that can even compare to Revlon Colorstay at the drugstore. I have never tried MAC, but I have tried Laura Mercier Silk Creme foundation (which was $40 and NOT worth it...for me at least). I stopped using LM once I lost my summer tan and decided to go back to my Revlon Colorstay, and I have no idea why I even wanted a new foundation in the first place!(must have been bored -__-) It was a waste of money to buy the LM and I will probably never stop using my Revlon Colorstay (well until I get bored again)...anyways I will never buy another $40 foundation expecting it to be better than Revlon Colorstay. RC along with my E.L.F. Stippling Brush gives my skin an airbrushed finish and looks like my own skin. It can get cakey, but that just means you used too much product (you literally only need like a dime sized amount for your whole face)! I hope this helped someone out there! <3
Definitely does exactly what it says it will do!
I LOVE this product! It makes my make up extra flawless, and helps my makeup NOT fade throughout the day. I put on my makeup on at 8 am and it definitely stays all day until I get home from work at 6 or 7! I can physically see a difference in my pores from before I started using this product :D I use this product along with my Revlon Colorstay foundation and E.L.F. stippling brush, I feel like I have found the BEST combination of products for me and my skin! Hope this was helpful<3
It clumps and dries out in the packaging way to fast!
My first experience with this product was bad, but I tried to continue to use it and TRIED to like it. MakeupbyTiffanyD recommended it and I thought it was worth trying. Honestly, it is not the best liquid liner you can buy from the drugstore. I would purchase Maybelline's Stilletto Liner instead of this one anyday!
Favorite way to apply my foundation!
I use this brush to apply my Revlon Colorstay foundation everyday. I used to use my fingers, but I find that this brush gives my skin a more airbrushed look and not streaky at all! :) I LOVE it! You must use the stippling motion with it though, or else it can make your makeup cake up. Make sure you only use small amounts of foundation at a time...and work on one small section of your face at a time. Hope this helps! <3
I don't notice a difference when I try to use this product.
The first time I ever used this product I noticed it made my undereye area red and itchy. I have dark circles and some puffiness in the morning when I wake up. I try to use this product before using my moisurizer, but it never seems to work for me! It was a waste of $14.
Best Powder Ever!
I have REALLY oily skin and I wear Revlon Colorstay Foundation for Combination/Oily skin. I have been using it for about a year and a half and it is the perfect foundation for me! I won't use anything else.
The problem was always what powder I set my foundation with...I have tried tons of different setting powders and none have ever worked like Stay Matte does! It soaks up oil so fast and makes your foundation look like your own skin. It blends so well, and keeps my makeup in place all day long! I definitely recommend this foundation/powder combo if you have oily skin like me! I've already hit pan on my third one!
Worst Eyeliner Ever
Don't waste your $1 on this, put that $1 towards a better quality eyeliner! It was dry and hard when I tried putting it on my upper lash line. It streaked and kind of burned my eyelid, which was probably alcohol in the product which makes it dry super fast and flake off. Not worth my hard earned cash ;)
