This is a really good sharper and the only sharpener I currently use to sharpen my lip-liner pencils. I paid about $6.00 - $7.00 for this pencil sharpener and I do have to say that I have no problem purchasing another once this one no longer does the job. When using this sharpener I do not have to worry about sharpening my pencil away so this is a must have in my makeup collection. I do not have to sharpen and sharpen over and over again one turn and the pencil is sharpened. It also has a cover on the top to collect the pencil shaving which is great for being on the go.
Mac blotting powder is a must have in my makeup collection. This is a product that goes with me everywhere I go to help with my sometime oily T-zone. I usually blot the oil off first with a blotting tissue or napkin then I will take the powder puff press it into my skin then take a small powder brush to make sure I won’t have that cakey look to my skin and to make sure it’s blended out. When I apply the product it does not move or take my makeup off and it usually keeps my face oil free for a couple of hours before I will need to apply again. I usually purchase one to two of these blotting powders a year so they last me a long time so I don’t have a problem paying the $23.00 price tag.
I have several of these fragrances in samples sizes and I am not the biggest fan of this fragrance. The scent is ok but I would not go out and purchase just because I am not in love with the scent. For some reason it kind of reminds me of the smell of baby powder or a powdery after smell to it. It definitely would not make my top five or ten fragrances but it is wearable.
I am a big fan of the marc Jacob Daisy perfume so when LOLA came out I was very curious to try this fragrance out and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. It smells nothing like the daisy but I still like the fragrance. It is a very sexy fragrance that is great for night time but I wear it whenever I feel like feeling sexy.
Rice paper is my everyday highlight color but I have also worn this color on my lid and like it just the same. Rice paper is a color that can be lightly applied almost making it look like a matte wash of color or packed on in order to get a more frosted look. Out of all the Mac eye-shadows I have purchased this will probably be the one that I will purchase over and over again through my life time.
I like the Mac Prep + Prime transparent finishing powder. I only need a little of this product to set my makeup. I not only set my makeup with this product but I sometimes use it as a blotting powder when my face becomes oily. The best thing I like about this product is I do not have to worry about my pictures coming out looking like I’m doing drugs leaving that white powdery cast that some transparent powders tend to leave where you applied them on your face. The cost of this product is $23.00 but I have to say it does last me over a year so I have no problem with paying the price for it.
The only flaw about this product packaging is it can be a little messy because there is no stopper in the container to stop the product from coming out so the powder tends to come to the surface and just sit there.
I love the E.L.F. Candid Coral Blush! Candid Coral is a perfect blush for me and my skin tone especially since I am not a fan of bold colored blushes; I prefer a wash of color. I love the golden undertones the blush has to it. The $3.00 price tag, and the fact it blends well definitely make me want to purchase this blush again.
Cork is my go to lip liner. I have been using it for years and it was my first lip liner from Mac. You can apply Cork to be a light brown or build it up to a dark brown. The wearing time for this lip liner is normal nothing major fancy but for me it goes with pretty much any lipstick I wear.
The only con for me is the $14.00 price tag.
Mac lip liner in Oak is only the second lip-liner color I have ever purchased from Mac besides Cork. Oak is a nude brownish pink color that I pair with whatever lip stick I am wearing for that day or I will fill my lips in with Oak and apply a clear gloss over it. What I like about this lip liner is it can be buildable, it’s not too drying but it is not over oily to where the lip liner slips off your lips.
My con for this product, the $14.00 price tag.
Bountiful is almost Mac Angel lipstick in a gloss. It is a nice wash of color with some shimmer. When I apply this gloss I do experience a tingling sensation but nothing major and it’s only for a short period of time. I have this gloss in the small tube that I person in one of Mac holiday sets. I sometime pair this with a lip-liner or over a lip stick. I am currently wearing this Mac Angel lip-stick, Mac Oak lip-liner and Sephora lip-liner in Native nude.
