I enjoy using wet n wild fast dry for those times I don’t want to wait hours on my polish to dry. For the most part by the time I finish painting my hand the polish is already dry. The polish comes in a ton of beautiful colors and does not give that sticky tacky feeling once the bottle is half empty.
What I don’t like about the polish is the fact that I have to apply 3 to 4 coats of the polish in-order to get the desire color I want. Also the longevity of the polish is not so hot but not really a big deal since this is the case with most nail polishes.
This is a good reasonable price face primer. The Rimmel primer has a peach color tint to it which is said to be great for neutralizing the skin color to minimize the appearance of under-eye circles, age spots, dark spots and freckles I have neither so I cannot speak much on that. I do feel like the primer helps even out my skin tone and it does make my foundation go on smoother but I don’t really see it doing anything for my pores. It’s a pretty good face primer that I will continue to purchase.
My shade is 265 Tawny in the covergirl clean sensitive skin foundation. This is a light weight foundation that is great for someone who does not need a lot of coverage. The foundation is very blend-able and gives the skin a natural somewhat dewy finish to the skin. Wearing this product looks like I have nothing on my skin it just makes it look like I have nice even out skin. I have had no problem with the staying power of this foundation and the longest I have worn this foundation is approximately 11 hours and my face still looked great. Through out the day I do have to blot one or two times but in my case it is my normal routine when I wear any foundation. I usually set this particular foundation with Mac translucent powder or the NYX translucent powder.
The only thing I do not like about the product is the packaging of the product because it is in a glass container and does not have a pump. The foundation is somewhat thick so you have to beat on the bottle and or shake the bottle in-order to get the foundation to come out of the bottle which leads to sometimes wasting the product.
I have the color fierce and tangy which is the orange color. I find it to be a nice color however you have to build the color up in order to get a real intense looking orange. I find that I have to warm the product up with my fingers in order for the product to go on smooth. This product or color can go on kind of streaky and blotchy and be kind of hard to blend out. When I use this product I use a primer to make sure the product does not crease. Also I only use it as a base I have never use this product without a primer and I have never use this product as an eye shadow alone. Besides the streaky and blotchiness it is a pretty good product and great for a base once you get it together.
Echo is my first NYX lipstick I’ve ever purchased and I have to say I love it. This is a great nude for my skin complexion and now a favorite go to lipstick in my collection. Also this is an exact dupe for Mac sis lipstick, so you are a lover of Mac Sis lipstick and don’t want to pay or can’t afford to pay the price of a Mac lipstick you better check out NYX you will not be disappointed. This lipstick is not to matte but not to shiny with a creamy texture to it.
Milani mineral blush in Luminous is a really pretty pink, peach golden shimmer color blush. On my complexion I can wear this color as a blush or as a high light color. The texture of the blush is very pigmented and very smooth. I enjoy the product and the color so much that I purchased two of them. I definitely recommend this product and this color.
NYX blush in Espresso is a nice neutral color that really blends into my skin. On my skin complexion I do not get a really bold color pay off unless I build the color up so if I do not build the color up I will get more shimmer than color which is ok with me since I do not care for really bold blush anyway. This blush has a really soft smooth texture to it but not so soft to the point it breaks and crumbles up. So far I only have two of the NYX blushes but I will for sure be purchasing more of these blushes. NYX is a great alternative for a diva on a budget.
I received a sample of this primer a while ago I believe with a black Friday purchase I made at Victoria’s Secret and after all this time I just decided to use the primer. I have to say this is a pretty good primer. It goes on smooth and a little goes a long way. I cannot say that it make my foundation last all day because I usually do not have any issues with my foundation not lasting. So far I have been using this product for a little over a week with my Mac studio fix powder foundation and each time my foundation has gone on nice and smooth with a flawless finish. From time to time I may have a oily T-zone but using this primer I have not experience any excess oiliness. For the most part my makeup looks the same through out the day as I first applied it.
I am not at all impressed with this product and I definitely do not feel it’s worth the $6.00 to $8.00 you pay for it depending on the size you purchase. This product is said to be made for normal to dry skin, I have normal skin. It absorbs really quickly and it doesn’t leave me oily. However within a couple of minutes it seems like it dry’s my skin especially my hands I feel it does not provide enough moisture for me. The only thing I like about this product is the smell.
