Hello doll, nice to see you!! Yes that is definitely a smokey eye, and a very good one judging by what I am looking at. Really my only advice is to blend the transitiin from your dark color to your li g ht a little bit more, and make sure to smoke out your bottom lashline. I would love to see an open eye pic, if you have any!:)
