Thrilled these are back!

I am so happy that these came back, though I do believe they came back with less product (grams) for the price. These are some of the best finishing powders Ive ever used. They are silky smooth and give such a nice healthy, head turning, glow to the skin. People always want to know what Im wearing, when I wear these. Great as a setting powder, and I do use it occasionally to set under the eyes.

Least favorite Kevyn Aucoin product

My least favorite KAB product, only because I find that the formula varies so much color to color. For me, I just cant make this one work. It is so powdery and clings. It does not blend well with other products either.

The fair shades, are too fair to be worn as stand alone products, you gotta put some bronzer or blush with it, and this product does not play well with others in the fair shades. The medium shades will work well for some AA mixes & some Hispanic girls. I think the darker tones of this product, are very off base and read very orange.

Not bad, but color choices are a miss

The applicator that these go on with, is very nice. Its got a lovely feel to it. Hard to describe, but it does make the product glide on.

I have this cashmere, and I do wear it a lot. I do also have one in my kit, and I occasionally use it on clients; not an every week I pull it out sort of product. This said, I dont think all of these colors are amazing. I think they need to work on some better neutrals. Colorwise I think they dropped the ball a little here, which is unusual for the KAB.

When buying(if buying online), I dont think the colors online are true to the colors in the tube. You would have to go to YouTube to probably really get a more accurate look at what the colors are.

Nice long lasting lipstick

These glide on so well, and the finish is so nice. Long lasting and very wearable colors. Even though they are matte, they dont have a dry look to them; they have more of a dewey finish, and they are comfortable to wear. I think they have a very classy finish to them. They also do not bleed.

Holy Grail Product

This pencil in Medium is my life. I have bought so many of these. I wear it practically every day. This pencil truly works on anyone. I have yet to find a pencil to compare to this one. This is probably the most stolen product I have in my kit. Everyone loves this color, and when I put it on them, they all want to know where it came from. I have 3 backups of this one in my drawer, in addition to the probably 5 I already have open and floating around between my vanity, kit, purse, car, etc.

Holy Grail product!

Holy Grail product. Have repurchased so many times. Probably one of my most favorite primers, as well as mixing agents. I love the finish this gives when mixed with my foundations. Give a very nice healthy glow, that's not over the top or obnoxious. Have also used this one also as a highlighter

Love it on my clients, but not me

I have a very love hate relationship with this foundation. I love it on my clients, some of them wear it so nicely, but this one just does not love my skin. There's something in it that Im allergic to. I get surface bumps, and it makes me so sad, because this is really a great color match for me. Im fair skinned, and I normally have to match a few different foundations in order to get the right shade, and this one just matches me sooo perfectly; but alas the formula hates my skin.

On my clients, this is a buildable foundation. It glides on the skin and works well with other cream based products. This one also works well with my more mature skinned clients.

Fav mascara of the moment

I love this mascara. I have at least 3 of these open now. It's in my purse, my kit, my personal vanity. This is my most requested mascara by repeat clients. It is a tubing mascara and does wear well through the day. I dont have any clumping issues. Glides on well, and does add a nice layer of thickness on me

Formula varies

Have a few of these, and I do think that the formula does vary a bit in at least 2 of them. For the most part, these are my go to shadows for my older clients. These just go on nicely for my more mature skinned clients. Very bendable as lid and transition shades. I do have one of these I also use for sculpting.

Nice pen - Hollywood fav

I will say this is one of the nicer pens I have. I love the way the product glides on. I do wish that the product stayed dark through the day, but I do find that the pigment does loose it's richness as the day goes on. This one does not bleed, and is waterproof. Has survived many teary eyed occasions. It's a Hollywood event favorite - wish they would come out with more colors, and again wish that black color would stay rich through the day
