This is for the travelers

This set is wonderful for those who are traveling. i am going to jamaica next month and i have already packed this in my bag. the trial size is so cute! if you have not tried the timewise miracle set, start with this. it's half the price and it gives you a chance to try it first. better yet, have your consultant give you a facial. Mary Kay's policy is try before you buy.

i bought this set for me, but winded up using it at my parties. i loved the smell when i first got it, but after a while it got to me. i don't wear perfumes and such b/c it gives me a headache and sometimes i even break out from them. well, i didn't break out from this, i just couldn't endure the smell much longer. it doesn't smell bad at all. actually it smells wonderful, but i can't deal with so i am going to just get the fragrance free one.

Almost gone-hurry up and get yours

Okay guys seriously, i would give this 10 stars, but i could only give it 5! i LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe this product. Mary Kay decided to discontinue it and i was slightly pissed b/c a lot of my clients, including me really like the product. I wrote Mary Kay and asked them to bring this item back and in different colors. So for those who have MAC's paintpots, this is similar. Its shimmery, thin, not thick, not sticky, not runny. You can use this as a base for other earth tone colors, or you can use it along for those quick out the door looks. it doesn't fade, it doesn't smudge..but you do have to be careful of how much you put on b/c you may pick up too much-so make sure you blend it well. i have seen many people wear this, but you can tell they put too much on b/c they didn't blend it. it comes in this little squeeze bottle, and a little goes a long way. they had an ivory color too, but that one is discontinued for good. The island bronze is still available. I don't know how much longer it will be there, but it is DEFINITELY on the discontinued list so once it's gone, thats it. to purchase before it runs out go to www.marykay.com/asiathurston

it had a TON of shine, but i don't think the color payout was good. the bottle is very pretty. i would have prefered a richer color vs the sheer, but overall i really liked the lipgloss.

i like the brushes, but what i have noticed over time is that they hair start to shed. i would not say that i prefer these over the eco tools brushes, but i do like bag that it comes in and the crease brush is probably my favorite brush b/c it gets right into the crease ( probably b/c of the way its made). the crease brush is tapered like a dome, but the tip of it is a little harder than the other bristles b/c it gets right into the crease.

don't leave home without it

Now this duo is the wonderful addition to succulent, kissable lips! i usually use this while im in the shower after i wash my face. after you exfoliate, you will notice dead skin leaving your lips (which is wonderful). for those of you who are dehydrated and your lips show it, use this two piece set. the crystals aren't overpowering where you are tearing your skin on your lips, and the balm has a shine AND it hydrates. i love it.

i love the minty smell of this. i use this on my clients when i do their pedicures too. when i put it on, it seems to have a cooling sensation. the only thing i would love for this product to do is to moisturize. i have dry skin during the winter and early spring, so i need something that is going to hydrate. overall i like this product.

i have one of these, and i guess i expected more. okay the spf is great, the color is great, but when you tell me you're going to moisturize. i expect moisturization and gloss. i don't get this with this tinted lip balm. i will use up the one i have, but i will not purchase this for myself or anyone as a gift. Maybe it's better for little divas.

this cleanser is the best! it has 3 products in one. what i noticed when i started using this last year, was the more i used it, the softer my face felt. the normal to dry cleanser has these exfoliating beads in them that doesn't scratch your face and irritates it. it also seems to hydrate very well.

i never thought i would wear blush or foundation for that matter until i started with Mary Kay. When i started using this blush and actually learned how to apply it i loved it! This is the first blush that i have ever tried, and as of yet, i haven't tried anyone else's. Because it's mineral, it takes away some of the oils. i love the fact that you can use it as a cheek color or eyeshadow.
