The best white eyeliner is the one that is creamy enough, so that you can use it for the base of the shadows and mix it with the cream blushes. One of my favorite brands for the eyeliners is Nyx. Their pencil liners glide very smoothly and they are available in a variety of different colors. Their jumbo pencils (Milk) are on the top of my favorite makeup products as well. Some other choices that you might consider are: Nyx in Cottage Cheese (a shimmery white), Nyx slim eye pencil in white, Yeyo by Urban Decay, Mac Naked Liner (a lipliner, but many use it as an eyeliner as well), Mac khol pencil in fascinating, Benefit Eyebright (white-pinkish), Tartes inner rim brighter (Nude shade, but gives same brightening effect), MAC chromaline pencil in NW 25/30 (if white is too harsh for you), Makeup Forever's aqua eyes white eyeliner from Sephora, etc.

Many makeup beginners are wondering, which eyeliner is the best and which one should they buy: pencil, gel or liquid eyeliner? When picking one, you should consider pricing, flexibility and how long does it last...
- Pencil eyeliner is easy and quick to apply, and it looks great if you apply it to your lower waterline. Some also apply it to upper waterline, to make lashes look fuller and thicker. One can create a clean line, blend or smudge it. The only negative aspect is that it does not seem to be as long lasting as the liquid or gel liner. It tends to disappear about halfway through the day.
- Gel eyeliner is for long lasting definition. It is meant to be applied with a brush and therefore it is more difficult to handle. However, the application is usually smoother as it is easier to get a clean thin line. Since you are painting it gives you that artistic feel and you can pull out more dramatic maneuvers.
- Liquid eyeliner is much alike gel liner, with a more watery feel. Again it is great for precise lines and wings.
