PLEASE READ:

This here is a quick recipe for a product that I use to slick my edges down. Gel makes the hair hard and oils/butters alone don't hold the hair in place. Therefore, it's a good idea to mix the two together.

This is not a new concept. Rather I put my own spin on it by adding one of my favorite essential oils to the mix.

You'll need Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil and Flaxseed Gel. If you're a real DIY gal (which I am not), you will make your own flax seed gel before combining it with the whipped coconut oil. That's too time consuming for me so I get my flaxseed gel (unscented) from Boticelli Botanicals: http://www.etsy.com/shop/BotticelliBotanicals
