Remember we all start out somewhere. Keep that in mind. If you love it. You will keep doing it. Share what you now. Always pay it forward.

1. Your title. Keep it very specific to the video at hand. It should say everything the video is about clearly and quickly!
2. Description bar! Fill it out with all the information about the video you've just watched. It should also contain any social media contacts that you, twitter,facebook,instagram etc... keep it about the video only and use websites and links if you're talking about something in the video.
3. TAGS. Careful here! Keep the specific about the video at hand. Nothing more. Nothing less. DO NOT REPEAT A WORD. Very important. Be creative but don't cheat.
4. I forgot to mention your thumbnail. If you have the option to upload your own make it fun and creative.
6. Keep your videos short. Do not ramble on for hours about something when you can say it in 2 mintues.
7. Make sure your background is clear and tidy. No one likes looking at a messy room!
8. Use the best camera you can.
9. Make sure you have good lighting so people can see clearly.
10. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT COLLABORATION VIDEOS. They are a great way to increase your prevalence on youtube. HOWEVER! Doing one after another after another is not a good way to go. It always backfires. I've done 3 i think in 3 plus years.
11. Have standards. See Collaboration comment above.
12. If you're in it for the money ... you will not be happy! YOU STILL NEED A DAY JOB! All the information about youtube salaries and millionaires are false. BELIEVE ME!
13. DO IT BECAUSE YOU LOVE IT. NOT BECAUSE YOU'RE FAME HUNGRY.
14. Be nice. Most of the time.
16. Leave video responses but ONLY if they are about the same thing the video you are responding is about! Leave video responses to your own videos - regardless of the content :)
15. Follow these rules and you will see your subscribers go up and your channel growing.

And remember your goal is not millions of subscribers. Its great content.
